Type material: Holotype: male ( IZCAS), Biyun Cave [24º21.445'N, 111º11.538'E, ALT: 131m, T: 23°C, H: 92%], Zhongshan County, Hezhou, Guangxi, China, August 25, 2009, C. Wang & Z. Yao leg. Paratypes: 15 males, 42 females, same data as holotype.

Etymology: The specific name refers to the type locality; adjective.

Diagnosis: This new species is similar to T. tortutheca Lin & Li, 2010 , but can be distinguished by the presence of six eyes ( Figs 7 View FIGURE 7 A, 8A), the different shape of embolus ( Figs 7 View FIGURE 7 C–D, 9A–B), and the distinct shape of female spermatheca ( Figs 8 View FIGURE 8 C, 10B–C).

Description: male (holotype). Total length 1.75 ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 A). Prosoma 0.62 long, 0.62 wide. Opisthosoma 1.00 long, 0.86 wide. Sternum 0.40 long, 0.36 wide. Prosoma, sternum, yellow; legs, labium, endites and chelicerae pale yellow. Prosoma nearly round, with a pair of setae at the retrolateral side of eyes. Six eyes. Chelicerae longer than endites, with two teeth and three tiny granulous denticles on the promargin, four small triangular teeth on the retromargin of fang furrow ( Fig. 9 View FIGURE 9 D). Femur I–IV with a pair of short macrosetae ventrally (position 0.8). Patellae I–IV with one short macroseta on the distal part of dorsal surface. Tibia I with one short macroseta dorsally (position 0.3). Tibia II with one short macroseta dorsally (position 0.5), two short macrosetae retrolaterally (position 0.3 and 0.6). Tibia III with one short macroseta dorsally (0.5). Leg measurements: I 6.71 (2.00, 0.37, 2.12, 1.37, 0.85); II 5.67 (1.75, 0.37, 1.75, 1.10, 0.70); III 3.85 (1.10, 0.25, 1.20, 0.70, 0.60); IV 4.88 (1.62, 0.37, 1.42, 0.87, 0.60). Leg formula: I-II-IV-III. Opisthosoma dark green, covered with long setae. Bulb pale yellow, oval. Embolus approximately 1/3 the length of bulb, the angle of embolus to the axis of bulb nearly 90° ( Figs 7 View FIGURE 7 C–D, 9A–B).

Female (one of the paratypes). Similar to male in coloration and general features, but with a smaller body size and shorter legs. Total length 1.75 ( Figs 8 View FIGURE 8 A–B). Prosoma 0.75 long, 0.60 wide. Opisthosoma 0.95 long, 0.86 wide. Sternum 0.42 long, 0.32 wide. Leg measurements: I 5.94 (1.75, 0.37, 1.87, 1.20, 0.75); II 5.17 (1.50, 0.37, 1.60, 1.00, 0.70); III 3.67 (1.12, 0.25, 1.00, 0.70, 0.60); IV 4.67 (1.60, 0.37, 1.30, 0.80, 0.60). Leg formula: I-II-IV-III. Genital area with a row of setae on epigynal plate and a row of stouter setae posterior to epigastric furrow ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 A). Spermatheca evenly tube-shaped, distal end swollen and curved ventrally ( Figs 8 View FIGURE 8 C, 10B–C).

Variation: Total length: males 1.68–1.79 (n = 16), females (1.65–1.74) (n=42).

Distribution: China (Guangxi) ( Fig. 38 View FIGURE 38 ), known only from the type locality.
