Material examined. FARS: Estahban , 1710 m a.s.l., 3 specimens, 10.–11.vi.1996 ; 15 km E of Sa’adatshahr , 1680 m a.s.l., 4 specimens, 6.–7.vi.1996 ; Zanjan Bamon National Park , 1650 m a.s.l., 1 specimen, 13.–14.vi.1996. KHORASAN: Can Chiroc 50 km S of Tabas, 1 specimen, 18.v.1996 .

Comments. On xerophytes in dry hill slopes. Known from Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia. Possibly conspecific with A. peyerimhoffi Royer, 1914 , known from Iran and Sinai ( PÉRICART 1999: 107).
