COMMENTS: Mathews cited his catalog number of the holotype in the original description and gave the range as ‘‘North- Western Australia.’’ The holotype bears in addition to Hill’s original label, Mathews and Rothschild type labels and a ‘‘ Figured’ ’ label indicating that it was illustrated in Mathews (1926: pl. 578, opp. p. 266, text pp. 266–274) and confirmed as the type of blaauwi on page 268.
