Material examined. Indonesia: 1 ♀, Sulawesi, Gorontalo Prov., Mts. Tilogcabila , alt. ca 800 m, 30.I–1.II.2010, leg. N. Ohbayashi [ IBSS] .

Distribution. Indonesia: Sulawesi.

Remark. Edoardo Zavattari (1914) described this species from two females (syntypes); specifying a holotype ( Mickel 1935: 255) only is not a valid lectotype designation according to article 74.5 of ICZN (1999). Denis Broth- ers (unpublished) labelled the specimen in MSNG with Zavattari’s “Typus” label as the lectotype, and the other specimen as a paralectotype. Since no validly published lectotype designation has yet been made, I hereby designate the specimen so labelled by Brothers as the lectotype. Thanks to Roberto Poggi I was able to study photos of it.
