Remarks ( Figure 3C View FIGURES 3 ). The specimen examined has AR 1.9, no R 2+3 vein, mid and hind legs each with 2 tibial spurs, LR 1 0.89, a hind tibial comb with 6 setae and fully conforms with that of Zavrelimyia (Schineriella) schineri (Strobl) in morphometry and hypopygium structures.
Distribution: Previously, the species was reported from the Palaearctic region ( Ashe & O’Connor 2009). The record from India shows the distribution of this species as extending to the Oriental region.
