Phylogenetic analysis of Rickettsia bellii View in CoL

Rickettsia bellii (OP286852) was found only in I. persulcatus , and the sequence of R. bellii was randomly selected to construct the evolutionary tree. The sequence of R. bellii obtained in this study is displayed on the phylogenetic tree with squares ( Fig. 9b View Figure 9 ). The phylogenetic tree of the 16S rRNA gene shows that R. bellii found in Inner Mongolia is on the same branch as R. bellii strain RML369-C ( NR 074484). The sequences were compared and analyzed with MEGA 7.0 software and showed that the 16S rRNA gene sequence of R. bellii from Inner Mongolia showed 94.23% homology with the R. bellii strain RML369-C ( NR 074484) isolated in Marseille, France.
