Description, male. Body length 5.38 mm. Head with darkish blue reflection; mesosoma with darkish blue reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings sub-hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head long. Flagellomeres short, with dense and short setae. Mandible narrow, slightly angled, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe rounded, short, with apical median tooth. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe carinate and reaching eye. Eye large, circumocular suture present. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc shorter than wide, polished; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus wide. Mesoscutellar sulcus wide. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture fused with first metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea present; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws trifid. Metasomal segments glabrous. Genitalia. Basiparamere as long as paramere; paramere very wide, rounded, with ventral margin convex and dorsal margin angled, densely setose; basivolsella with dorsal margin with apical excavation close to paramere; cuspis with arms very short, dorsal arm wide; digitus with basal projection overlapping basal portion of aedeagus; aedeagus with basal portion distinctly angled and slender, and apical portion as long as basal, swollen and truncate; apodeme wide.

Distribution. Brazil: Pará, Maranhão, Rondônia, Espírito Santo.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. dietrichorum by having the flagellomeres with dense setae; the clypeus rounded; the antennal scrobe carinate and reaching the eye; the circumocular suture present; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle forming a right angle; the ocelli small; the notaulus wide; the metapostnotum with a median posterior emargination; and the paramere very wide with the dorsal margin angled, whereas A. dietrichorum has the flagellomeres with sparse setae; the clypeus quadrate; the antennal scrobe carina not reaching eye; the circumocular suture absent; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle acute; the ocelli large; the notaulus very narrow; the metapostnotum without a median posterior emargination; and the paramere slender with the dorsal margin straight.
