Description, male. Body length 4.92 mm. Head with green reflection; mesosoma with darkish green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short, with dense and short setae. Mandible very narrow, curved, and with lower tooth longer than others. Median clypeal lobe angulate, short. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe carinate, but weak. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli large. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, sparsely punctate; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectalpropodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws trifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. Basiparamere shorter than paramere; paramere club-shaped and with apical margin angled, densely setose; basivolsella with excavation at inner margin; cuspis with arms short, with basal projection at inner margin, dorsal arm wide; aedeagus with basal portion convex and slender, and apical portion as long as basal and slender; apodeme slender.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. rectus by having the body with darkish green reflection and the metapectal-propodeal disc black; the mandible very narrow with the lower tooth longer than the others; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle acute; the ocelli large; the vertex convex; the notaulus very narrow; the metapostnotum with longitudinal ridges; the claws trifid; and the cuspis with the dorsal arm wide, whereas A. rectus has the body black; the mandible narrow with the teeth equally long; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle forming a right angle; the ocelli small; the vertex straight; the notaulus narrow; the metapostnotum without longitudinal ridges; the claws bifid; and the cuspis with the dorsal arm slender.
