Argentina: Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Corrientes, Entre Ríos, Jujuy, Mendoza, Misiones: Iguazú, Salta, Santa Fe, and Tucumán; Belize, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, French Guiana, Guatemala, British Guiana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Suriname, and Uruguay ( Dellapé et al. 2015b).
