Syntypes localities. United States of America, Kansas and New Mexico. Distribution. Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan), United States of America (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming), Mexico (Baja California, Chiapas, Chihuahua, Guerrero, Michoacán [new record], Veracruz), Honduras.
Remarks. The species of this genus are widely distributed in the USA and Mexico. To date, no species of this genus have been recorded for the state of Michoacán. In Mexico, four species of Arhopalus Audinet-Serville, 1834 have been recorded ( Pérez-Flores et al. 2021).
