Distribution: India: Sikkim ( Hampson, 1892; László et al., 2007). Elsewhere: China (Yunnan, Tibet) ( Jiang et al., 2015). Nepal, Vietnam, Mynamar ( László et al., 2007).

Remarks: László et al. (2007) considered only two valid subspecies: the nominate subspecies ( China, Russian Far East, Korea) and the subspecies argenteipuncta Hampson,
