Distribution: India: ( Jiang et al., 2015). Elsewhere: China (Tibet), Nepal, Vietnam, Thailand ( László et al., 2007; Jiang et al., 2015); Myanmar ( László et al., 2007).

Remarks: It needs confirmation from India as László et al. (2007) do not list specimens from India in the type series of E. witti . In addition, Jiang et al. (2015) do not specify collecting locality of the species when referring it from India. Nevertheless, the species most probably occurs in certain parts of the Indian Himalayas.
