Strigamia hirsutipes ( Attems, 1927) View in CoL

Taxonomic notes. Described originally as a species of Scolioplanes View in CoL , it was assigned to Strigamia View in CoL by Crabill (1953). Other specimens have been identified, and the validity of the species has never been questioned.

Distribution: Sakhalin island, Hokkaido and Honshu. Published records from Indochina ( Laos, Vietnam) are quite likely erroneous and based on specimens of a different species of Strigamia , whose identity is uncertain.
