Taxonomic notes. Described originally as a species of Korynia View in CoL , it was then cited rarely, also under Tomotaenia ( Korynia View in CoL ) by Crabill (1954a). It is assigned here to Strigamia View in CoL for the first time (new combination), because it shares all major diagnostic features of this genus (see above under “Notes on synonymies”). Distribution: known from a single locality in central Texas.
