Description. Color pattern of anterior dorsum and face as in Figs 1–3 View FIGURES 1 – 3 . Vertex with black spots on anterior margin. Pronotum with some vermiculate brown flecks. Scutellum laterally with two yellownish spots.

External features as in generic description.

Male genitalia. Pygofer side longer than broad, narrowing to apex in lateral aspect, with 3-branched process on inner surface arising near dorsal margin ( Fig.4 View FIGURES 4 – 16 ). Subgenital plate elongate, triangular, longer than valve ( Figs. 5, 6 View FIGURES 4 – 16 ). Aedeagal shaft tubular and elongate, curved caudally with truncated apex, with a basal pair of slender, attenuate, lateral processes, almost extending to shaft apex ( Figs.7, 8 View FIGURES 4 – 16 ).

Measurement. Length (including tegmen): Ə, 4.0mm.

Type material. Holotype Ə, China: Yunnan Province, Yingjiang County, Tongbiguan, 3 June 2011, coll. Yujian Li ( GUGC).

Diagnosis. This new species differs from other species of the genus in having the pygofer with 3-branched process on inner surface arising near dorsal margin, the basal processes of the aedeagal shaft slender and attenuate.

Etymology. The name of the new species refers to the attenuate processes at the base of the aedeagal shaft.
