Current status. Valid species: Psychoda (Copropsychoda) bulbosa ( Ježek & Harten, 2006) ; see KVIFTE (2012).

Comments. The genus Copropsychoda Vaillant, 1971 was described by VAILLANT (1971), accepted by JEŽEK (1984c) as genus, and subsequently downgraded to subgeneric level as subgenus of Psychoda Latreille, 1796 ( KVIFTE 2012).

The paper of JEŽEK & HARTEN (2006) was published on March 21, 2006, not on December 31, 2005 as indicated in that paper.
