Diagnosis. The forewing length is 11.0– 12.5 mm in males and 13.0– 13.5 mm in females. Siccia imana is distinguished from other species in the species-group by its large size and the well-expressed and distinct forewing pattern. The male and female copulatory organs of S. imana are most similar to those of S. alberti and the detailed comparison is provided below in the diagnosis of this species.

Molecular data. Currently unavailable for this species.

Distribution. The species is currently known from Rwanda (Volynkin 2019).
