Hemelytron macropterous, apical margin rounded, extending beyond tip of abdomen, with costal fracture, corium venation clearly, Sc, R and M diverging at a single point, Cu arising claval suture, connected with 1A at apex of clavus, a cross veins at corium-membrane boundary joined with C+Sc, R, M and Cu; 1A near clavus suture, posterior claval vein 2A along hind margin of clavus; clavus large, claval commissure longer than scutellum; membrane with 6 free wide veins, arising from cross veins at corium-membrane boundary joined, first vein situated remote from anterior margin of membrane, fourth and fifth veins merging into one vein before middle of membrane. Abdomen oval, wider than pronotum; ovipositor long.

Remarks. The new genus and Nitculus Yao, Cai & Ren, 2006 were found in the same locality, it can be distinguished from the latter according to the following characters: with collar (vs. without collar), forewing extending beyond abdomen tip (vs. not extending beyond abdominal tip), membrane with clear marking (vs. without marking).
