Ichoria pyrrhonota Zerny, 1931b: 11 (Taf. 1, fig. 14). Holotype female [by monotypy]: [ BRAZIL], Santa Catarina, Jaraguá (Fr. Hoffmann), 21.xii.1929; with two labels: printed label “Sta. Catarina, Jaraguá, Fr. Hoffmann” on underside with handwriting “ 21.xii. ’29”, and handwritten label “ Ichoria pyrrhonota Zerny ♀ type ”.

Current combination. Ichoria pyrrhonota Zerny, 1931 .

Condition of the type. Wings slightly worn.

Remarks. This species resembles the type species of Ichoria Butler, 1876 , I. quadrigutta (Walker, 1854) and it is likely correctly positioned in Ichoria .
