HOLOTYPE: AMNH 296352 View Materials , adult male, collected on Mt. Banahao , 914 m, 14.04N, 121.29E ( Dickinson et al., 1991: 415), Laguna Province, Philippines, on 3 January 1916, by John T. Zimmer (no. 1336). GoogleMaps
COMMENTS: Zimmer cited his unique field number of the holotype in the original description and noted that he had one paratype, now AMNH 296351 (Zimmer no. 1326), male from the the same locality, collected 30 December 1915.
