Diagnosis. Body length 2.7 mm, fore wing length 2.8 mm. Body black, hind femur yellow. Posterior tangent to anterior ocellus just touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus not shorter than diameter of hind ocellus. Antenna about as long as body length, penultimate flagellomere 1.8× longer than wide. Pronotum with striate-punctation at posterior end of notaulic courses; interspaces between punctures on disc of mesonotum not larger than its diameter. Areola on propodeum poorly defined by rugosity. Pterostigma 2.9× as long as its widest part, vein 1-R1 1.1× longer than pterostigma, vein r 1.2× longer than vein 2-SR, angled at junction. T1 parallel-sided, 1.5× longer than hind width, turned-over part dull, strongly reticulate-punctate, longitudinal channel indistinct or absent; T2 slightly shiny, with weak wrinkles, 4.4× wider than long in the middle, nearly straight apically; T3 1.9× longer than T2. Ovipositor sheath half length of hind basitarsus.

Hosts. According to literature, Arhopala horisana , Jalmenus evagoras (Donovan) , Luthrodes cleotas kaiphas Fruhstorfer and Spindasis lohita Horsfield ( Yu et al. 2016).

Remarks. Characters of the examined specimens mostly agree with the published descriptions before and type specimen except vein r a little shorter ( Fig. 39a ).
