( Figs. 1 View FIGURES 1–6 , 7 View FIGURES 7–12 , 13, 14 View FIGURES 13–16 , 17 View FIGURES 17–22 , 23 View FIGURES 23–28 , 29 View FIGURES 29–34 , 35 View FIGURES 35–40 , 41 View FIGURES 41–46 , 47 View FIGURES 47–52 , 53 View FIGURES 53–58 , 59 View FIGURES 59–64 )

Material examined. CHINA, Yunnan Prov.: 4 apterous males, 2 macropterous males, 1 macropterous female, Mengla county, Nangahe Waterfal, 26 July 2016, Zhen Ye leg. ( NKUM); 1 apterous male, 4 apterous females, Jinghong city, Mandian village , Naban Nature Reserve , 28 July 2016, Zhen Ye leg. ( NKUM) .

Remarks. The specimens that we have examined closely match the original description provided by Andersen (1983). Pseudovelia buccula can be distinguished by its posteriorly produced buccula, long hairs on the ventral part of the middle femur ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 23–28 ), and relatively long and curved hind tarsal segment I ( Fig. 29 View FIGURES 29–34 ). The depression of abdominal segment VIII of P. buccula is nearly rectangular, with four small tufts of setae along its margin ( Figs. 35 View FIGURES 35–40 , 41 View FIGURES 41–46 , 47 View FIGURES 47–52 , 53 View FIGURES 53–58 ). The hind margin of the pygophore ( Fig. 59 View FIGURES 59–64 ) bears dense, short, brown setae. This is a new record for China.

Distribution. China (Yunnan), Thailand ( Fig. 65 View FIGURE 65 ).
