Description. Adult. Loginova (1976).

Fifth-instar immature. Percy (2003).

Distribution CI. Tenerife ( Loginova 1976; Percy 2003, as Arytaina devia devia ), La Gomera ( Percy 2003, as A. devia devia ). The record from Fuerteventura ( Loginova 1976) is doubtful.

Host plant CI. Chamaecytisus proliferus ssp. angustifolius , C. proliferus ssp. proliferus var. palmensis (Fabaceae) .

Comments. A single female of Arytaina devia was reported from Fuerteventura by Loginova (1976). No additional material has been found on the island since and the known host plant, Chamaecytisus proliferus , is not reported from there. The record is, therefore, doubtful and needs to be confirmed.
