H o s t: Adults have been recorded visiting the flowers of Taraxacum officinale (Asteraceae) , Reseda lutea (Resedaceae) and Potentilla anserina ( Rosaceae ); and also on meat baits ( DISNEY et al. 2010).
D i s t r i b u t i o n: Afro-tropical (Africa), Palearctic, Arabia, Canary Islands ( DISNEY 2006, DISNEY et al. 2010). New record for the fauna of Iran.
