Diagnosis. Costal margin basally sinuate, distally rather evenly curved into apical margin. RA gradually converging to margin, ir absent. RP simple. Basal cell distinct. MP forked deeper than MA and/or 3-branched. CuA elbowed at apex of basal cell. CuA2 simple, rarely forked. Pcu subparallel to CuP. Commissural margin carinate. Surface punctate.

Etymology. From Latin falcatus (sickle-shaped) and generic name Eoscarta ; gender feminine.
