Material. Holotype PIN 3288/369, tegmen, Madygen (SW area). Paratypes: PIN 2083/250±, 2971/393(413)±, 405, 3288/339±, tegmina and pair of tegmina, Madygen (SW area); PIN 2555/2508, tegmen, Dzhailoucho.

Description. Tegmen rather broad, widest about midlength, convex proximally, narrowly rounded apically, 5.8–10.7 mm long, fuscous, paler near apex, sometimes darker in stigmal cell and along CuA2. Surface finely, rather deeply punctate, less deeply so near apex; postnodal part with more prominent veins, RA and CuA2 raised. Marginal membrane with row of punctures distad of clavus. R forked at or just before 1/3 of tegmen length. MP 2- branched in narrower and smaller tegmina (PIN 2083/250, 2971/393(413), 5.8–7.1 mm long, males?) and 3- branched in broader and usually larger tegmina (7.0– 10.7 mm long, females?).

Etymology. Latin bellus (beautiful).
