Material. Holotype PIN 3288/367, tegmen without clavus, Madygen (SW area). Paratype PIN 2083/28, pair of tegmina, Madygen (SW area).

Description. Tegmen broad, produced posterodistally, apex at MP, 4.8–5.6 mm long. MA and MP simple. CuA1 joining M at its bifurcation. Marginal membrane areolate.

Etymology. Latin perforatus (pierced with pores).
