Distribution. China ( Taiwan).

Remarks. This species was redescribed in detail in Niu & Wei (2011). It is close to S. formosana Takeuchi, 1927 but differs from the latter in the forewing largely (female) or entirely (male) infuscate; the pterostigma black brown; the second abdominal tergite in female black with small pale lateral spot, the hind tarsus largely black; the fourth abdominal tergite in male black without pale spot, the dorsal side of hind tibia black entirely, and each trochanter largely black brown.
