Description. Male body large for this tribe, robust. Fastigium of vertex conical, short and stout, shallowly furrowed on dorsum, apex blunt; compound eyes relatively small, hemispheric, anteriorly convex; maxillary palps elongate, last segment longer than preceding. Metazona of pronotum prolonged and expanded, longer than prozona, considerably raised, posterior area down curved, hind margin rounded, paranota relatively high, hind margin truncate but gently convex, humeral sinus absent; tegmina short, completely concealed beneath pronotum, and invisible in lateral view, hind wings absent; each femur unarmed, genicular lobe with a spine, but inconspicuous in fore and mid femora in some case, each fore tibiae spines armed 4, 4 (1, 1), hind tibiae each with 26–28 dorsal teeth either margin above and 2 pairs of apical spurs. 9th abdominal tergite wider in lateral area, 10th abdominal tergite faintly prolonged, center of posterior area developing a compressed process, divided apically, forming a pair of finger-shaped elongate projections and a pair of decurved lobes, the projections divided and apically acute, left side a little longer than right; cerci elongate, clavate and incurved, apical part expanded, apex pointed; titillator sclerotized and specialized, apex developed dorsally and ventrally; subgenital plate short, almost trapezoidal, upcurved, posterior margin with angular incision, styli on each side of incision.

Female unknown.

Coloration. Body yellowish brown (possibly green while alive). Compound eyes blackish, central dorsum of vertex brownish. Disk of pronotum with a pair of black longitudinal stripes, the stripes absent in posterior area, break at posterior transverse sulcus, sectorial diverged and expanded in metazoan, area between stripes yellowish brown; knee of hind leg darkish brown. Each segment of the abdomen with a pair of dorsal stripe, sectorial diverged at hind margin in last 3 segments.

Measurements (in mm). Body ♂ 14.5–15.0; pronotum ♂ 7.2–7.3; tegmina ♂ 1.9–2.0; hind femora ♂ 14.0– 14.6.

Materials. Holotype ♂, paratype 1♂, Neicu river, Longsheng, Guangxi, 1979. VII.26, leg. CHANG Lv-Lin.
