Head ( Figs 105, 106 View FIGURES 105 – 109 ) 1.7–1.8 times as wide as long; vertex in dorsal view evenly rounded; occiput, vertex and gena weakly and finely punctate; interocellar area polished and impunctate; geno-orbital index 2.6–2.9; frons impunctate and finely coriaceous, with a weak median longitudinal groove; face 1.4–1.6 times as wide as long, strongly and sparsely punctate; supraclypeal suture weak; clypeus 2.0–2.5 times as wide as long, sparsely punctate on dorsal half and impunctate on ventral half, with apical margin truncate and slightly concave medially; antenna with 51–53 flagellomeres, 1st flagellomere 1.4–1.5 times as long as 2nd, 2nd about 2.6 times as long as wide.

Mesosoma ( Fig. 107 View FIGURES 105 – 109 ): mesoscutum 1.2–1.3 times as long as wide; scutellum 1.3–1.4 times as long as distance between lateral carinae at its base, the lateral carina fading out beyond middle of scutellum; propodeum transstriate on basal 0.65, with sublateral crest present or absent and represented by rounded swelling.

Fore tibial spur 0.4–0.5 times as long as 1st tarsomere, which is 8.0–10.5 times as long as wide; fore tarsal claw with 21–28 pectines; hind tarsal claw with 14–20 pectines.

Fore wing ( Fig. 108 View FIGURES 105 – 109 ) with areolet pointed above; cu-a varying from basad Rs&M by half of cu-a width to distad Rs&M by 1/13–1/6 of cu-a length, almost straight or weakly curved and vertical; hind wing ( Fig. 109 View FIGURES 105 – 109 ) with 6–10 distal hamuli; nervellar index 0.5–0.6.

Metasoma with 1st tergum 2.7–3.2 times as long as apical width and 1.4–1.7 times as long as 2nd; subgenital plate ( Fig. 115 View FIGURES 115 – 120 ) short with apical margin weakly convex; paramere ( Fig. 116 View FIGURES 115 – 120 ) long, apical margin acutely rounded; digitus with dorso-apical corner rounded off and ventro-apical corner with teeth; membrane of median surface with subtriangular area of minutely papillate cuticle, area situated a little basad of pad; pad subtriangular, situated at apical 1/4 of paramere in middle; inner subapical sclerotized plate produced dorso-ventrally to form an overhang; penis valve ( Fig. 117 View FIGURES 115 – 120 ) tapered toward apex and weakly curved ventrally; basal apodeme of aedeagus strongly curved dorsally.

Head yellow; antenna light brown. Mesosoma brownish-yellow; mesoscutum with brown stripes on each of median and lateral lobes and a brown spot situated behind median stripe, in some specimens stripes fused anteriorly; scutellum and propodeum light brown; mesopleuron with yellow markings. Legs brownish-yellow; hind coxa, trochanter and femur light brown dorsally. Wings hyaline, tinged with yellow; pterostigma brownish-yellow, other veins blackish brown. Metasoma light brown; male genitalia brownish-yellow.
