♂. Head ( Figs 86, 87 View FIGURES 86 – 90 ) 1.8–1.9 times as wide as long; vertex in dorsal view evenly rounded; occiput polished and impunctate; vertex and gena weakly and finely punctate; interocellar area polished with very sparse and weak punctures; geno-orbital index 2.2–2.7; frons impunctate and finely coriaceous, with a very weak median longitudinal groove; face 1.4–1.5 times as wide as long, punctate; supraclypeal suture distinct; clypeus 1.9–2.3 times as wide as long, rather more sparsely punctate than face, with apical margin truncate and medially slightly emarginate; antenna with 42–53 flagellomeres, 1st flagellomere 1.3–1.5 times as long as 2nd, 2nd 2.3–2.7 times as long as wide.

Mesosoma ( Fig. 88 View FIGURES 86 – 90 ): mesoscutum 1.1–1.2 times as long as wide; scutellum 1.4–1.6 times as long as distance between lateral carinae at its base, lateral carina fading out at basal 1/4 to apical 1/4 of scutellum; propodeum weakly or distinctly trans-striate on median portion, with sublateral crest weak, or absent and represented by rounded swelling.

Fore tibial spur 0.4 times as long as 1st tarsomere, which is 9.0–10.4 times as long as wide; fore tarsal claw with 24–33 pectines; hind tarsal claw with 14–26 pectines.

Fore wing ( Fig. 89 View FIGURES 86 – 90 ) with areolet petiolate above; cu-a opposite Rs&M to distad Rs&M by cu-a width, almost straight, vertical or slightly reclivous; hind wing ( Fig. 90 View FIGURES 86 – 90 ) with 5–9 distal hamuli; nervellar index 0.4–0.5.

Metasoma with 1st tergum 2.0–2.9 times as long as apical width and 1.3–1.5 times as long as 2nd; subgenital plate ( Fig. 99 View FIGURES 99 – 104 ) short with apical margin weakly convex; paramere ( Fig. 100 View FIGURES 99 – 104 ) subelliptic, with subapical portions of dorsal and ventral margins slightly emarginate; digitus with dorso-apical corner rounded off and ventro-apical corner with 1 – 2 teeth; membrane of median surface with strip of minutely papillate cuticle, the area long and weakly curved; pad situated at apical 1/4 of paramere in middle; subapical sclerotized plate produced anteriorly to form an overhang; penis valve ( Fig. 101 View FIGURES 99 – 104 ) slightly tapered toward apex and almost straight; basal apodeme of aedeagus strongly curved dorsally.

Head yellow; antenna reddish-brown. Mesosoma yellow; mesoscutum with light brown stripes on each of median and lateral lobes; scutellum, postscutellum and propodeum light brown; mesosternum and markings on mesopleuron brownish-yellow. Legs brownish-yellow; hind tarsus whitish-yellow. Wings hyaline; vein C and pterostigma of fore wing brownish-yellow, other veins blackish-brown. Metasoma light brown.

Length of fore wing: 9.4–15.1 mm.
