Mesosoma ( Fig. 77 View FIGURES 75 – 79 ): mesoscutum 1.2–1.3 times as long as wide; scutellum 1.5–1.6 times as long as distance between lateral carinae at its base, lateral carina strong basally and fading out beyond middle of scutellum; propodeum finely trans-striate on median portion, with sublateral crest absent and represented by rounded swelling.

Fore tibial spur 0.5 times as long as 1st tarsomere, which is 9.5–11.1 times as long as wide; fore tarsal claw with 15–26 pectines; hind tarsal claw with 10–16 pectines.

Fore wing ( Fig. 78 View FIGURES 75 – 79 ) 2.7–3.1 times as long as wide; areolet petiolate or pointed above; cu-a distad Rs&M by 1/ 5–1/3 of cu-a length, weakly curved, weakly reclivous; hind wing ( Fig. 79 View FIGURES 75 – 79 ) with 6–8 distal hamuli; nervellar index 0.4–0.5.

Metasoma with 1st tergum 2.5–2.7 times as long as apical width and 1.5–1.6 times as long as 2nd; subgenital plate ( Fig. 83 View FIGURES 80 – 85 ) moderately long with apical margin moderately convex; paramere ( Fig. 84 View FIGURES 80 – 85 ) with subapical portion of dorsal margin weakly emarginate; digitus rounded off on dorso-apical corner, ventro-apical corner with 2–3 teeth; median portion of membrane of median surface with transverse strip of minutely papillate cuticle; pad situated at apical 1/3 of paramere in middle; median subapical sclerotized plate produced ventro-anteriorly to form an overhang; penis valve ( Fig. 85 View FIGURES 80 – 85 ) slightly broadened toward apex and weakly curved ventrally; basal apodeme of aedeagus strongly curved dorsally.

Head and mesosoma yellow; occiput slightly brownish-yellow; antenna reddish-yellow; mesoscutum with brownish yellow to yellowish-brown stripes on each of median and lateral lobes; scutellum and propodeum brownish-yellow. Legs brownish-yellow; fore coxa yellow; hind tarsus whitish-yellow. Wings hyaline; vein C and pterostigma of fore wing brownish-yellow, other veins brown. Metasoma brownish-yellow to reddish-yellow.

Length of fore wing: 9.0–12.0 mm.
