Remarks. This species was described based on syntypes from Panama (Chiriquí). Chemsak & Linsley (1970) designated a male specimen as lectotype. Currently it is known from Costa Rica and Panama ( Bezark 2023; Monné 2023b; Tavakilian & Chevillotte 2022).

Material examined. NICARAGUA (new country record), Nueva Segovia: Cerro Jesus , 1,300 m, 1 female, 16–19.X.2012, E. van den Berghe leg. ( FSCA) .
