Range: — Peru and Bolivia (CO, LP).

Ecology: —Uncommon; epiphytic in humid forests; 700–1700 m in Peru, 1450–2600 m in Bolivia.

Notes: — Specimens from Bolivia have darker blade scales than those from Peru (type locality) and occur at higher elevations; more than one species may be involved .
