= Elaphoglossum meridense (Klotzsch) T.Moore var. boliviense Rosenst., Repert. View in CoL Spec. Nov. Regni Veg. 25: 63. 1928. Range: —Andes from Colombia to Bolivia (CO, LP). Ecology: —Common; epiphytic, less often saxicolous, in humid forests; 1250–3100 m. Notes: —Relative to E. paleaceum View in CoL , E. molle View in CoL tends to have wider blades with usually distinctly caudate apices.
There are numerous intermediate forms between these two taxa.
