Comments. In the original description, L.W. Schaufuss (1887) did not specify the number of specimens he studied. We studied one specimen based on pictures sent by Antoine Mantilleri from the MNHN with label “TYPE” and “ SYNTYPE, and it is here selected as the lectotype.
