Chorotype. Endemic to Morocco.

Distribution in North Africa. Morocco ( Jäch & Skale 2015).

Moroccan distribution. Rif and Pré-Rif: Chefchaouen ( Bennas et al. 2001; Benamar et al. 2011), Al Hoceima ( Bennas et al. 2001) and Tétouan ( Escalera 1914; Kocher 1958; Bennas et al. 2001). Central Plateau: Casablanca ( Sainte-Claire Deville 1906; Kocher 1958). Middle Atlas: Fès, Meknès (Orchymont 1931; Kocher 1958) and Azilal ( Escalera 1914; Kocher 1958). High Atlas: Marrakech ( Kocher 1958; Berthélemy et al. 1992). Anti Atlas: Taroudant ( Kocher 1958) .
