D. humeralis ( Edwards 1934: 360) . Type-locality: Paraguay, La Cordillera, San Bernardino. Holotype ♂, NHW. ( Figure 15 )

Notes. The type series included the male holotype, two male and six female paratypes. The holotype is in the Viena Museum , and the NHM has one male and two female paratypes in excellent condition ( BMNH (E) # 257984-6) .

D. intermedia ( Edwards 1940a: 455) . Type-locality: Brazil, Santa Catarina, Nova Teutônia. Holotype ♂, NHM.

Notes. The type series included two male and four female types, without indication of a type in the publication. One of the syntypes has the label “Type” and is herein designated lectotype. The paralectotypes are one male and two females. The lectotype is a male, with terminalia dissected, with the following labels: “SYN- / TYPE” [printed in black on a rounded label with light blue border]” // “Type” [printed in black on a round label with red border] // [male terminalia dissected, mounted on an acetate sheet]” // “ Sciophila / nigricauda Edw.
