Description. Holotype, male ( Fig. 22 View FIGURES 22 – 31 ). Body elongate, subparallel, not wide, slightly expanded posteriorly.

1–2 antennomeres entirely and bases of 3–4 antennomeres, clypeus, labrum, labium, mandibles, palpi except black spots in outer edges, mouthparts, legs except black posterior femora and “bottom” of excavation in intermediate tibiae, anterior and intermediate trochanters entirely and apices of posterior trochanters, edges of ventrites yellow, other body parts black-brown; upper surface of head with green, pronotum with blue-green metallic tint, elytra with blue metallic tint. Surface evenly covered with double white pubescence—short dense, adpressed and long semi-erect hairs. Vesicles yellow, and thoracic mesepimera black.

Head not narrower than pronotum, flat, not impressed. eyes slightly protruding, small, round, frons flat; genae short and straight; clypeus narrow, transverse, straight; labrum narrow, transverse; palpi simple with apical segment stout and weakly securiform; surface of head shining, densely punctured, with indistinct microsculpture, densely covered with light fine long and curved pubescence.

Antennae weakly filiform or very weakly serrate, with prolonged triangular antennomeres ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 22 – 31 ), 2.0 mm long, reaching the middle of elytra; 1st segment enlarged, clavate, 2nd segment small, round, almost completely invisible, strongly hidden by the 1st segment, 4th–7th segments triangular, 8th–10th segments prolonged, with slightly stretched outer edges, apical segment elongate, thin, subcylindrical; surface evenly covered with short, light pubescence and sparse, erect long light hairs on outer sides of antennomeres.

Pronotum not narrowed apically, not impressed near base; with straight anterior and posterior margins; lateral sides evenly rounded; surface sparsely and finely punctured, with indistinct microsculpture, shining, evenly covered with fine curved adpressed and semi-erect white hairs.

Scutellum small and narrow, transversal, almost completely covered by pronotum, sparsely punctured and covered with white pubescence.

Elytra oblong, evenly slightly widened just behind the base and narrowed in the upper 1/5th, at base not wider than pronotum; humeri small, slightly protruding; apices evenly rounded, simple; disc distinctly marginate on external sides and widely along suture, lateral edge in middle near epipleura slightly elevated like a thin longitudinal carina; surface dull, densely punctured, with distinct microsculpture, evenly covered with white pubescence, short, adpressed and elongate semi-erect.

Hind wings normally developed.

Legs not long; posterior femora not reaching elytral apices; anterior tibiae slightly widened, excavate in apical half from internal side ( Fig. 24 View FIGURES 22 – 31 ), intermediate tibiae moderately stout and excavate in apical half in internal side ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 22 – 31 ); posterior tibiae simple, thin, straight, femora wide, slightly swollen, anterior with protuberance in middle, anterior trochanter with small tooth; all tarsi 5-segmented, slightly widened, not long, 2nd segment in anterior tarsi with a comb above; claw-segment somewhat longer than 1st in all legs; claws thin, narrow and sharp, with round membrane at base.

Ventral body surface sparsely punctured, dull, evenly covered with fine, adpressed white pubescence; metathorax swollen, with not long triangular and pointed appendage in middle possessing bunches of golden yellow hair in the tip and rows of same hairs at base on sides ( Fig. 26 View FIGURES 22 – 31 ). Pygidium elongate, longitudinal, evenly rounded distally, with small specific concave-caliciform apex ( Fig. 27 View FIGURES 22 – 31 ); ultimate abdominal ventrite bilaciniate, narrowed apically, slightly elongate, with specifically emarginate apices of lobes in inner side ( Fig. 28 View FIGURES 22 – 31 ); aedeagus simple, curved ventrally in apical third, narrow, endophallus with two rows of denticles in a middle ( Fig. 29 View FIGURES 22 – 31 ); tegmen long, narrow, with thin and long parameres, 1.5 times longer than base of tegmen ( Fig. 30 View FIGURES 22 – 31 ).

Length 2.8 mm, width (at elytral base) 0.9 mm.
