Bionomics. The adults were collected in April ( Linnavuori 1984, 1993) and May (Linnavuori 1999).

Ecology. Collected on Ephedra foliata in a small gravelly wadi ( Linnavuori 1984, 1993). According to Linnavuori (1999), this species inhabits steppe and hilly habitats.
