Taijutarus gen. nov.

Type species: Taijutarus triangulus sp. nov.

Body fusiform, shield lobe present, scapular tubercles and setae absent; leg with usual segments and setae, coxae with 3 pair of tubercles and setae; empodium simple; opisthosoma differentiated into broader dorsal annuli and narrower ventral annuli, dorsum arched, lateral tubercles and setae (c2) absent; coverflap with longitudinal ridges.

Note: This new genus is close to Jutarus Boczek et Chandrapatya, 1989 differing in the absence of opisthonotal lateral seta (c2) and the dorsal opisthosomal arched, annuli microtubercles.

Etymology: Tai, meaing “ Taiwan ”.The genus name is masculine, and refers to this new genus is close to Jutarus and first record in Taiwan.
