Lasiohelea habros . sp. nov.

Diagnosis. Male, body brown; eyes bare; distal 4 flagellomere segments longate, the 13th segment is longest and with a terminal stylet; CR = 0.5; second radial cell short; clypeus with 5 fine bristles scattered in the middle; posterior border of scutellum with 9 stout bristles; gonostylus and aedeagus slender.

Description. Male, moderate size ( Fig. 1 A). Compound eyes bare; distal 4 flagellomere segments distinctly elongated, flagellomere 13 with terminal stylet ( Fig. 1 C, D), AR 0.56. Clypeus with 5 fine bristles scattered medially ( Fig. 1 E). Thorax brownish, legs pale yellow. Wing length 0.95mm, width 0.36mm, macrotrichia sparsely distributed, second radial cell short, CR= 0.50 ( Fig. 1 B); posterior border of scutellum with 9 stout bristles; hind tibia with 7 terminal bristles, 10 comb teeth. TR (I) 2.03, TR (II) 1.60, TR (III) 1.60. F-T(I) 111:111:65:32:26:18:19, F-T(II) 130:137:56:35:28:21:18, F-T(III) 138:141:67:45:32:20:18. Abdomen brown, gonostylus short, thick; aedeagus slender; apex of parameres slender, sharp, slightly bent outward ( Fig. 1 F).

Discussion. This new species has highly distinctive genitalia that it is different from other species of Lasiohelea . It is similar to Lasioheleaoxyria Yu & Liu (1985) and Lasioheleawulai Lien (1991). However, it can be separated from those species by the arrangement and the number of the bristles on the clypeus. Furthermore, the fifteen segment of flagellomere was longest is the significant characteristic to distinguish from the other two species.
