Ground color pale, tips of fore wings slightly darker, eyes light grey, basal triangles of mesonotum indistinct. Vertex with pair of dark roundish patches at sides of coronal suture. Fore wing with two dark markings, one adjacent to base of brochosome field and another at basal angle of first apical cell. Head in dorsal view with anterior margin rounded, subparallel to posterior margin, narrower than pronotum. Face short, male anteclypeus very broad. Fore wing with first apical cell broad, fourth apical cell more than half length of third, AA and AP veins present; hind wing without RA vein.

Subgenital plate broadened basally and narrowing apically, apex curved dorsad; setosity consists of 4 or more macrosetae near lateral margin, irregular rows of rigid setae along lateral margin and microsetae scattered on disc distally. Style with second extension, preapical lobe small but distinct, basal part long and very broad. Connective lamellate, manubrium short, central lobe well developed.
