La première mention de cette espèce à Genève se base sur un spécimen mâle disséqué: Russin, Les Baillets, 27.6.2011, MVL + Gooden light + filet, leg. Landry, Pastore & Baumgart.
Je l’ai identifié à l’aide d’Emmet et al. (1985) et, surtout, de Bengtsson & Johansson (2011). SwissLepTeam (2010) mentionne ce Phyllonorycter de toutes les régions de Suisse, sauf du nord des Alpes.
