La première mention de cette espèce pour Genève se base sur deux spécimens, dont un disséqué: 1.- Russin, Les Baillets, 27.6.2011, MVL + Gooden light + filet, leg. Landry, Pastore & Baumgart; 2.- Dardagny, Courtille, 20.6.2011, MVL + Gooden light + filet, leg. Landry, Pastore & Baumgart.
SwissLepTeam (2010) mentionne cette Coleophora du Jura, du Plateau et du sud du pays.
