Monterey County: Near the shores of Monterey ( Silvestri 1911). San Bernardino County: Cucamonga Canyon, San Antonio Canyon, South Hills, Blanchard Park, and other canyons in the vicinity ( Silvestri 1911; Reddell 1983; Allen 2002).
