Specimen examined. Holotype female, NSMT – Ap 424, Tajimagahara wild primrose field ( Primula sieboldii ), Saitama –shi, Saitama Prefecture, 6 m elevation, 13-IV-1985, K. Ishii leg.

Additions to description. On galea ( Fig. 7A) digit O longer than M and I; M and I similar to each other in shape and length. Mandible with two teeth ( Fig. 7B). Central lobe weakly incised, but inner lines not connected ( Fig. 7C). Laterostigmata II–III large, with no reticulation ( Fig. 7D).

Distribution. Japan (Honshu, known from only the type locality).
