Additions to description. On head, setae aa, pa and m4 present, sensilla as and ps present ( Fig. 39A); seta sp 1.5 times longer than p; sensilla pp rudimentary. Seta rs simple, shorter than sr ( Fig. 39B). On maxillary palpus ( Fig. 39C) sensillum md longer than ml. On galea ( Fig. 39D) digit O slightly longer than M and I; M and I close to and similar to each other. Mandible with three teeth ( Fig. 39E). On hind tarsus ( Fig. 39F) D2 seta-like; D4 spinelike, but more slender than D5. Central lobe constricted in middle ( Fig. 39G). Laterostigmata II–IV distinct ( Fig. 39H), II with weak line, III without inner structure. On abdominal tergite VIII ( Fig. 39I) P1a' simple and anterior to P2; P2a linear.

Distribution. Japan (Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu, Awaji, Goto, Fukuejima, Satuma–Kuroshima, Tanegashima, Yakushima, Amami–Ohshima, Tokunoshima, Okinawa, Minami–Daitojima, Miyako, Ishigaki and Yonaguni Islands).
