( Figs 366-371; Hab. E 59)

DIAGNOSIS. Female (length about 1.1mm): head dark brown; clava dark brown; wings virtually hyaline, but fore wing ( Fig. 370) with a very weak, infuscate area adjacent to marginal vein; hind wing hyaline; ocelli forming an angle of about 45°; antenna ( Fig. 367) with linear sensilla on all funicle segments; fore wing ( Fig. 369) about 2.5X as long as broad, postmarginal vein a little longer than stigmal vein; mesoscutum and scutellum ( Fig. 366) with similar imbricate-reticulate sculpture composed mostly of longitudinally elongate cells; scutellum with two pairs of subapical pits or pores that are smaller than diameter of cell of reticulate sculpture; mid tibial spur about 0.9X as long as basitarsus. Male: unknown.

Female (holotype): length 1.11mm ( CPD) .

Head dark brown, body otherwise generally orange; head with a weak brassy sheen; antenna with radicle pale orange-brown; scape pale orange, narrowly margined brown; pedicel pale orange, a little dusky dorsally; F1-F5 pale orange, slightly dusky dorsally, F6 dark brown; clava dark brown; mandible amber; palpi white; pronotum dark orange-brown with a slight brassy and coppery sheen; dorsum of thorax orange with a weak brassy sheen and some very weak purple reflections clothed in conspicuous brown setae, scutellum brownish medially in distal half; metanotum pale orange-brown; prepectus, mesopleuron and venter of thorax pale orange with a weak brassy sheen; legs completely pale orange except for hind tibia which is almost completely dark brown, only extreme base pale orange, apical tarsomeres generally orange-brown; wings virtually hyaline, but fore wing ( Figs. 369, 370) with a very weak, infuscate area adjacent to marginal vein, venation pale orange; hind wing hyaline; propodeum generally with a weak purple and brassy sheen, pale orange-brown between spiracle and median area otherwise mostly pale orange; gaster generally with dark green, violet, brassy and coppery reflections, dorsally orange-brown with Gt1 and syntergum partially pale orange, lateral areas anteriorly darker brown, venter pale orange; gonostylus pale orange.

Head ( Fig. 368) about 3.6X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.3X as high as deep; occipital margin slightly obtuse, but sharp, not carinate; ocelli forming an angle of about 45°; frontovertex almost smooth but with very shallow, slightly irregular, polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesh size smaller than eye facet, mesh a little larger above scrobes; temple, gena and scrobes with poorly defined sculpture similar to that on frontovertex; bottoms of scrobes and interantennal prominence smooth; antenna as in Fig. 367; scape about 2.4X as long as broad; funicle with all segments transverse and gradually increasing in size distad; linear sensilla on all funicle segments; clava slightly enlarged, 3-segmented, outer suture incomplete, about 2X as long as broad, about 1.4X as wide F6, about as long as F3-F6 combined, sensory area forming a very slightly oblique apical truncation; eye clothed in dense, conspicuous setae, each at least about 1.5X as long as diameter of facet; malar sulcus absent. Relative measurements: HW 57, HH 47.5, FVL 34.5, FV 16.5, POL 5.5, OOL 2, OCL 5.5, AOL 7, EL 33, EW 31, MS 21.5, SL 26.5, SW 11.

Thorax ( Fig. 366) with polygonally reticulate to imbricate-reticulate sculpture on pronotum that is about as deep as that on frontovertex but slightly transversely elongate and of slightly larger mesh; mesoscutum with longitudinally elongate imbricate-reticulate sculpture that is a little deeper than that on frontovertex and of larger cell size, sculpture slightly deeper and almost striate laterally more elongate laterally; axilla virtually smooth with transversely elongate polygonally reticulate sculpture; scutellum with polygonally reticulate sculpture that is about as deep as that on side of mesoscutum, but cells generally more rounded, although those toward side are longitudinally elongate, extreme apex and side completely smooth, but apex with two pairs of subapical pits that are of slightly smaller diameter than cell of reticulate sculpture in middle of scutellum; visible part of mesoscutum about 1.6X as broad as long; scutellum about 1.1X as long as broad; setae on dorsum moderately dense and of more or less uniform length, separated by less than their own lengths, apical setae on scutellum slightly longer; fore wing with venation and setation as in Figs 369. 370; propodeum with 1 or 2 seta near spiracle. Relative measurements: FWL 96, FWW 39; HWL 62.5, HWW 13.5.

Gaster with hypopygium reaching about 0.75X; last tergite about 0.7X as long as mid tibia, with apex rounded; ovipositor ( Fig. 371) not exserted. Relative measurements: OL 57, GL 17 [MT 76].
