DIAGNOSIS. Female (overall length about 0.7-1.2mm): scape mostly dark brown; pedicel pale orange; flagellum very pale orange, clava proximally dusky; fore coxa white, mid coxa white to pale orange, hind coxa dark brown, sometimes partially pale orange; fore femur white, tibia pale orange; mid femur white with a subapical brown band; mid tibia white to pale orange with a narrow subbasal brown band; hind femur white with a broad, brown subapical band; hind tibia white with a broad, brown, subbasal band; gaster dark brown; frontovertex about 0.4X head width ( Fig. 187); antenna ( Fig 183) with scape nearly 4X as long as broad, funicle with F1 narrower than pedicel, F1-F5 subequal, small, F6 larger, longer than broad; linear sensilla only on F6; clava very slightly longer than funicle, about 4X as long as broad; palp formula 3-2; scutellum ( Fig. 186) with 3 pairs of setae and longitudinally elongate polygonally reticulate to striate-reticulate sculpture, deeper than that on mesoscutum; mid basitarsus with 2 ventral pegs; mid tibial spur about as long as basitarsus; fore wing ( Fig. 184) with stigmal vein (Fig, 185) longer than postmarginal vein and about as long as marginal vein; hypopygium reaching about 0.8X towards apex of gaster; ovipositor nearly 4X as long as gonostylus and hardly exserted with exserted part much than mid tibial spur. Male: unknown.

Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 0.73mm; excluding ovipositor, 0.71mm (CPD).

Head dark brown to black with a moderate metallic lustre; occiput with a weak coppery sheen; frontovertex generally coppery, mixed metallic dark green in ocellar area; scrobal area, temple and gena with a coppery to coppery purple sheen; frontovertex with a few, inconspicuous, scattered, brown setae; gena and interantennal prominence with a few scattered, very inconspicuous, brown setae; maxillary palpus white; radicle orange-brown; scape very pale orange, brownish towards base; pedicel very pale orange, brown dorsally and laterally towards base; flagellum very pale orange, clava dusky towards base and at apex; thorax dark brown to black with a metallic lustre; pronotum and mesoscutum with a weak coppery sheen; tegula dark purple-brown with a weak sheen; axilla with a coppery sheen; scutellum dorsally virtually matt with a weak coppery purple sheen, apex and side weakly metallic dark green and slightly brassy; mesopleuron with a moderate purple sheen; fore coxa white; fore femur white, tibia and tarsus pale yellow; mid coxa very pale orange; mid femur white with a narrow subapical, brown band, tibia white with a narrow, subbasal brown band, spur very pale yellow, tarsus very pale orange; hind coxa dark brown; hind femur white in proximal 0.5X with a broad, dark brown, subapical band, extreme apex white, tibia with extreme base white, a fairly broad, subbasal dark brown band, apical 0.5X white, tarsus very pale orange; wings hyaline; propodeum dark brown with a weak purple sheen; gaster dark brown; gonostylus brown.

Head about 2.3X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.6X as high as deep, tangent to frontovertex forming an angle of about 105° with that of face; occipital margin sharp, not carinate; no distinct oval depression adjacent to eye near occipital margin; ocelli forming an angle of about 95°; frontovertex not widening in front of anterior ocellus, with distinct, polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesh size generally subequal to eye facet, not shallower above top of scrobes; temple and gena with much shallower, hardly elongate, fine polygonally reticulate sculpture; top of scrobes with shallow, regular, polygonally reticulate sculpture, scrobes smooth; interantennal prominence and mouth margin with slightly shallower, polygonally reticulate sculpture; scrobes shallow, indistinctly margined, broadly ∩-shaped; interantennal prominence dorsally narrowly rounded; antenna as in Fig. 183; scape very slightly broadened and flattened, about 3.6X as long as broad; funicle with F1-F5 subequal, relatively small, subquadrate, F6 much larger, clearly longer than broad; clava about 4.2X as long as broad and about 1.3X as wide as F6, slightly curved downwards towards apex, very slightly longer than funicle, sutures parallel, sensory area small, at apex only giving it a pointed or narrowly rounded appearance; eye slightly overreaching occipital margin, clothed with inconspicuous setae, each slightly shorter than diameter of facet; malar sulcus present, distinct; clypeal margin weakly, evenly concave. Relative measurements: HW 50, HH 36, FV 22, POL 9.5, OOL 2.5, OCL 2.5, AOL 6.5, EL 25, EW 22.5, MS 14, SL 20, SW 5.5.

Thorax ( Fig. 186) with pronotum hardly exposed behind head, its posterior margin broadly concave, not angular medially; pronotum and mesoscutum with similar sculpture to that in ocellar area, but very slightly shallower and of smaller mesh size; axilla with similar sculpture to mesoscutum; scutellum dorsally with very fine, polygonally reticulate sculpture that is a much deeper than sculpture on mesoscutum, slightly longitudinally elongate laterally, extreme side and apex completely smooth and shiny; visible part of mesoscutum about 1.8X as broad as long; scutellum about 1.3X as broad as long, apex with a pair of slender, elongate setae; hind femur about 3.1X as long as broad; mid basitarsus with 2 ventral pegs; mid tibial spur about as long as basitarsus; fore wing with venation and setation as in Figs 184, 185; propodeum ( Fig. 186) medially about 0.09X as long as scutellum. Relative measurements: FWL 45, FWW 20.5; HWL 30, HWW 7.

Gaster with hypopygium reaching about 0.8X to apex; last tergite about 0.7X as long as mid tibia, with apex broadly rounded; ovipositor slightly exserted, the exserted part about 0.2X as long as mid tibial spur or less than 0.1X mid tibia.
